Teaching is built around a realistic business-change case study in which participants act as the lead business analyst on a cross-functional project. Requirements and prerequisites

The course combines focused instructor-led input with delivery artefacts built throughout a single project case study. Participants examine an ambiguous change request, define its requirements baseline, plan analysis and delivery work, map dependencies, assess scope changes and report project health. Short demonstrations show how Jira, Microsoft Project and Excel can support each control. Small-group workshops simulate stakeholder meetings, change-control reviews and status-reporting discussions. On day five, participants consolidate their outputs into a Business Analyst Project Delivery Pack and create an application plan for a current or upcoming assignment.

Day 4: Tracking Delivery and Reporting Decisions
