Training methodology

The instructor uses a SpheraCloud training scenario based on a multi-site operational incident process. Day 2: Forms, data quality, and security configuration

No. The course starts with the SpheraCloud Incident Management configuration model and assumes only familiarity with HSE incident processes and web-based systems. Participants with existing SpheraCloud access will be able to relate exercises directly to their environment.

A laptop is required for live online delivery and strongly recommended for classroom delivery because the course includes guided configuration work. A training tenant or sandbox should be available for exercises; production-system access is neither required nor used.
