Course overview
TikTok video campaigns can generate efficient reach, qualified traffic and sales, but only when campaign structure, creative testing and measurement are managed deliberately. Marketing teams often boost videos without a clear objective, build ad groups around weak audience assumptions, or judge performance using incomplete attribution data. This course addresses the operational skills needed to plan, launch and improve TikTok campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager while linking media decisions to commercial outcomes.
Participants work through the TikTok Ads Manager workflow from account structure and campaign objectives to video ad formats, targeting, budgeting, pixel events and reporting. They learn how to select conversion, traffic, lead generation and video views objectives; create campaigns and ad groups; configure placements and bids; build custom and lookalike audiences; and evaluate performance using CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS and frequency. The course also covers creative briefing, Spark Ads, TikTok Creative Center research, A/B testing and TikTok advertising policy requirements.
Instructor-led demonstrations are followed by guided platform exercises, campaign-build workshops and performance diagnosis case studies. Participants use a realistic trading scenario to create a campaign architecture, audience plan, video creative testing matrix, measurement specification and optimisation schedule. They leave with a documented TikTok video campaign plan that can be adapted for their own product, service or lead-generation activity, plus a practical checklist for launching and reviewing campaigns.
The course suits professionals responsible for paid social activity, campaign delivery, content performance or digital acquisition. It is designed for teams that need confident operational use of TikTok Ads Manager rather than a broad introduction to social media marketing.

Requirements and prerequisites
This is a foundation-to-intermediate course. Participants should understand basic digital marketing concepts such as target audiences, campaign budgets, landing pages, conversion actions and common metrics including click-through rate and cost per acquisition. Experience with another advertising platform, such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads, is helpful but not required. Participants should be comfortable using a web browser, spreadsheets and business reporting dashboards. A working TikTok Ads Manager account is useful for applying the learning after the course, but access is not required during training. No coding, video-editing expertise or previous TikTok advertising experience is required.
Training methodology
The course combines instructor-led walkthroughs of TikTok Ads Manager with structured build exercises using a realistic campaign brief. Participants inspect campaign settings, translate commercial goals into objectives and events, draft audiences, and compare creative options using TikTok Creative Center. Small-group case work focuses on diagnosing underperforming campaigns from reporting data and defending optimisation decisions. Each day closes with an applied task that adds to a final campaign pack. On day five, participants present their campaign plan, receive instructor feedback and define actions for applying it in their own account.
