Requirements and prerequisites

This is a foundation-to-intermediate course. Participants should have experience of, or planned responsibility for, attending customer sites to install, inspect, maintain, diagnose or repair equipment or systems. Familiarity with a mobile work-order or CRM system is helpful but not required; examples are supplied during the course. Complete beginners should expect role-play, practical scripts and structured feedback.

Training methodology
