Day 2: Regulation, risk, and control design for product managers

  • AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and suspicious-activity escalation
  • PCI DSS scope, tokenisation, card-data handling, and third-party responsibilities
  • Fraud-control patterns: velocity rules, step-up authentication, device signals, and manual review

Day 3: Building fintech platforms, APIs, and delivery backlogs

  • API product design: resources, authentication, versioning, rate limits, and developer documentation
  • ISO 20022 message concepts and their effect on payment-product data models
  • Webhook events, asynchronous transaction states, retries, and idempotency
  • Error taxonomy for declined, reversed, pending, failed, and disputed transactions

  • Experiment design in regulated journeys, including guardrails and control monitoring

Day 5: Launch governance and the 90-day fintech product plan
