This course teaches participants to apply the SCOR Digital Standard to logistics and distribution performance management. Participants map Plan, Source, Deliver, Return and Enable activities; define Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 metrics; build metric hierarchies; set targets; identify performance gaps; and link operational measures to reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost and asset management efficiency. The programme addresses practical measures including perfect order fulfilment, order fulfilment cycle time, cost to serve, inventory days of supply, transportation cost, warehouse throughput and return cycle time.

Instructor-led briefings are combined with worked calculations, logistics case studies, process-mapping workshops and performance-review simulations. Participants use Excel and Power BI examples to turn operational data into SCOR-aligned scorecards and dashboards.
