This course helps participants distinguish genuine digital transformation from isolated IT upgrades, automation projects or software procurement. Participants examine the core components of a transformation strategy: customer journeys, business capabilities, process redesign, data foundations, digital operating models, technology platforms, cybersecurity and change adoption. No coding, enterprise architecture, data science, cloud administration or prior agile certification is required. Training methodology
The week is delivered through facilitated instructor-led sessions, short demonstrations, structured group discussions and applied workshops. Participants work through a running transformation case and may adapt the templates to their own organisation. Exercises include customer-journey mapping in Miro, process modelling using BPMN 2.0, value-feasibility scoring in Excel and dashboard interpretation in Power BI. Teams test competing investment choices, identify delivery dependencies and present a roadmap to a simulated steering group. The final session is an application-planning workshop that converts learning into a practical 90-day action plan.
