The five-day programme uses instructor-led teaching anchored in a realistic multi-store retail estate. Participants analyse POS and payment dependencies, interpret incident timelines and monitoring evidence, and use templates modelled on service-management practice. Small groups run an outage command exercise, assess a proposed store release against a trading calendar, and conduct a supplier service review using sample operational data. Daily outputs are progressively assembled into an individual Store Technology Operating Playbook, followed by peer review and a structured 90-day application plan on the final day.
