Training methodology

The five-day course uses short instructor-led modules followed by applied work on a running transformation case. Participants analyse customer journeys, model processes in BPMN 2.0, assess maturity, map capabilities and build an initiative portfolio using scoring templates. Facilitated group discussions test assumptions about data, architecture, cybersecurity, workforce adoption and governance. Daily outputs are progressively assembled into an individual or team roadmap pack. The final session is an application-planning workshop in which participants adapt the methods, stakeholder approach and first 90-day actions to a live organisational challenge.
